Carmella is a luxurious, light-weight PIMA cotton lawn fabric that is soft to touch and has some drape too.
Cotton lawn is a fine plain weave cotton fabric made from fine, high thread-count yarns and this results in a silky, untextured feel.
It is the perfect fabric for dressmaking projects such as summer dresses, skirts, trousers, tops, tunics and blouses.
As this is a light-weight fabric, skirts and dresses may need to be lined.

Care Instructions:
Wash at 30’C. We highly recommend that you pre-wash your fabric as some fabrics may shrink slightly.
Although we have tried to describe and photograph the colours as accurately as possible, please note that there may be some colour variation when viewing it on different screens.
We include Gutermann Sew-All polyester 100m threads in our photos to give you an idea of pattern/print size.
To Order Larger Quantities:
The fabric is sold per half metre, therefore when ordering:
For 0.5m type 1 in the quantity box;
For 1m type 2 in the quantity box;
For 1.5m type 3 in the quantity box; etc
The fabric will be shipped in one continuous piece.
