A gorgeous light-weight cotton chambray fabric that is soft to touch.
Chambray differs from denim in that the warp and weft threads alternate over one another, whereas denim’s warp thread goes over two weft threads before going under one. It is also lighter and softer than denim, woven differently and thinner in construction. This fabric is made with a dyed warp yarn and a white filling yarn.
It is ideal for dressmaking and can be used for skirts, shirts, trousers and dresses.

Care Instructions:
Machine wash at 30’C. Cool tumble dry. We highly recommend that you wash separate the first few times as many denim fabrics bleed initially.
Preparation Prior to Sewing: In case of possible shrinkage, we highly recommend that all fabrics are washed before cutting out.
Although we have tried to describe and photograph the colours as accurately as possible, please note that there may be some colour variation when viewing it on different screens.
To Order Larger Quantities:
The fabric is sold per half metre, therefore when ordering:
For 0.5m type 1 in the quantity box;
For 1m type 2 in the quantity box;
For 1.5m type 3 in the quantity box; etc
The fabric will be shipped in one continuous piece.
